To Fight Zika, We Must Prioritize Communication and Knowledge Management

Knowledge management (KM) and strategic communication is critical to ensure that the multitude of actors in an outbreak response are effectively coordinating and sharing the latest evidence and information and that the public has the information they need to adopt recommended behaviors. During this session, panelists will introduce a framework for strategic communication for Zika prevention along with a number of other tools that have been in the outbreak response to stop the spread and negative pregnancy outcomes of Zika virus.
